About Danica
About me
My passion for helping others create more ease in their lives is derived from my own experience of how becoming more organized freed up tremendous space in my life. Once I figured out systems and habits that worked for my brain, I stopped losing things, forgetting things, and felt much less inner chaos.
During my Master’s studies, I wrote my thesis on Inner Guidance—the intuitive feeling system we all have that helps us make decisions, understand our emotions, and determine our next steps. I believe everyone has an innate sense of what they need and want in life, and I love supporting people in aligning with that knowing, especially in practical ways that support their daily living. Through virtual assistance, I help lighten the burden of draining tasks, making space for clarity and ease. I enjoy collaborating to create personalized systems that make necessary tasks feel more manageable, allowing your intuition to lead the way.
In short, I harness my neurodivergent powers for good, helping you to stay organized, on task, supported and seen for your accomplishments and your humanity.
With a background in fine arts, consciousness studies, and coaching—along with extensive experience in somatic and psychological therapeutic work—I bring a thoughtful, holistic approach to organization and support. Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, I share my home with my cat, Nickel.

My Philosophy
I believe we've been conditioned to think it's normal to effortlessly manage the countless tasks required just to sustain a basic life—but it’s not. Capitalism prioritizes productivity over well-being, shifting responsibilities that once belonged to communities onto individuals.
In a more connected way of life, people shared the burdens of child-rearing, food production, and mutual support. Today, we’re expected to juggle it all alone.
The demands of modern life are simply unsustainable. If you often feel behind, struggle with basic tasks, or never seem to have enough energy, it’s not a personal failing—it’s the reality of an overloaded system never designed for human well-being.
My commitments to you
I am committed to providing a safe space in which you are treated with dignity, respect, and nondiscrimination. I work with all people of all identities, backgrounds, intersections and ages (12 and up).
